Mark Turco, MD

Mark A. Turco, MD, is a cardiovascular device executive and board-certified interventional cardiologist with more than 30 years of leadership experience. He has led multiple clinical-stage companies through regulatory progression and strategic transactions, building organizations positioned for long-term scale.

Dr. Turco previously served as President and CEO of Genesis MedTech North America and CEO of JC Medical, Inc., where he led development of a transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) system for aortic regurgitation. JC Medical was acquired by Edwards Lifesciences in 2024. He also served as President and CEO of the Rhode Island Life Science Hub.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Turco held senior leadership roles at Medtronic and Covidien as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for the vascular and neurovascular franchises.
